Due to the nature of fine-art prints and limited-edition artwork, all sales are considered final.

ALEXLAND does not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences.

Please review the artwork, dimensions, and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact ALEXLAND promptly.

Verified issues will be addressed through an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund, at no additional cost to you, consistent with applicable law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact ALEXLAND as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet entered production or been shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Once an order has entered production or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, except where required by law.

Custom Commissions

Custom artwork is created specifically for each customer. Cancellation terms, payment schedules, and any applicable refund conditions will be provided before the commission begins.
