Thank you for ordering from ALEXLAND. Every print is carefully prepared and packaged to help it arrive safely at its new home.

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within [3–5 business days] after purchase.

Because some prints are individually prepared, signed, or numbered, processing times may vary.

If an unexpected delay occurs, you will be notified.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the selected shipping method and order details.

ALEXLAND prints are carefully packaged with protective materials appropriate for their size.

Larger prints may require additional protective packaging to prevent bending or damage during transit.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact ALEXLAND with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, ALEXLAND will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Limited-edition replacements are documented to preserve the integrity and history of each edition.
